• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

You retain ownership of all recordings, transcripts, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Unspell and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Convex (database), Deepgram (transcription), and OpenAI (AI processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Transcription accuracy may vary and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of transcriptions for important content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNSPELL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unspell and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
